The curious thing about the press release is that it says, "These games can be played via single-player and has multiple save slots." Multiple saves is swell. But I was never aware that AceAttorney was ever even remotely multiplayer.
The press release says nothing about remastering the graphics or audio, which I 'personally' think would be a big marketing point if they were going to do it.
Update:
Joystiq has gotten ahold of screenshots. The game is using sprites and other material from the DS version in the Wii Port. This isn't a port from the PC version, which was a 'direct' port of the GBA version. It looks like Capcom is putting some effort into this port.
And on the Hotel Dusk front a brochure has surfaced. Introducing Margaret of LA's 1980's Apartment Complex, and Kyle Hyde, not in his Sleuth/Salesman garb.

Mmm, the pixelated screenshots we've had don't do the game justice. I feel like I'm playing the DS game when watching that video, very natural. I think I still prefer the game on the DS at that point. It's nice having the question on the top screen and the choices on the bottom. As opposed to on the Wii and GBA where the instructions are overwritten by the choices.
It was difficult to tell with the rep talking over the video, but it looks like the audio isn't improved either.
And the noted absence of Apollo Justice shows that Capcom 'wants' us to demand it.

As for Phoenix Wright on the Wii... I honestly don't find the idea too appealing. There's little point in getting it for the Wii if you already have the games for the DS since this is practically a direct port. Also I agree with the choices-overlapping-question thing; that can get pretty annoying. xD And I'm not too fond of Wii games that don't take advantage of the Wii's capabilities. I mean yeah sure, finger pointing, but... that's all there is. Not very practical.

In all serious likely hood, they're giving us PW on the Wii because we the fans demanded it. Everyone was talking about how awesome it would be to do the full OBJECTION motion with the Wiimote. I think we're getting a taste of what happens when the Fans get what we ask for without thinking the whole thing through. Remember the Devs were very resistant to the idea when asked about a Wii Port in the past.
The port from the GBA to the DS was done because the West was lacking all the Gyakuten goodness; It had a reason to exist, To hit a very missed market. The Wii version is an experiment in showing the fans that they're willing to listen to us.

Oh so they were against the idea before? They really did it for the fans then, that's really nice of them. x3 I almost lost a bit of respect for the devs for a second there, thanks for clearing that up.

That's more a reference to how they release new titles. Ports are naturally excluded from this restriction.

From the impressions I've been reading, the scrolling logo background is from the game itself, and shows up prominently on widescreen TVs that don't fit the aspect ratio of the game.
