Chapter 10: Backfire.
Phoenix:*chokes* What... the... heck did you do to me.
Dahlia: I made you drink poison and I transferred it through my lips
Phoenix: Why the *coughs* heck have you done this?

Edgeworth: Somehow it involves the first few cases your mentor had.
Phoenix: Oh my *hack* gosh. But never mind that. Who has the antidote?

Phoenix: It says that the places were planned out, no people were detected and all evidences of the kidnapping were completely concealed

Godot: One, Who can know the exact locations of all the victims?

Chapter 11: Knife's Edge
Phoenix: Of course, you're not Your Honor.
Judge: Well, why don't we know who the real killer is so we can no longer have a trial.

Chapter 12: The end of everything
Logic combining: 3 defining traits + unknown kidnapper identity=(The kidnapper was not one person but a 3-part group in reality)
Foreign affairs documents signing history + Unknown directive card's language=(So gant really was the one who wrote the message on the directives card.)

Phoenix: Here is what really happened: Gant who was watching the trial from his prison cell heard what Dahlia said before she went away. Knowing he needs to fulfill what Dahlia wants. He broke out of his cell. He got Matt Engarde for he had a criminal mind to evade all security. They escaped from prison heading to Dahlia's cemetery. They exhumed Dahlia's body, then they used the life vial to bring her back to life.With this they begin their kidnapping. Gant knowing where the victims were located. Matt with a criminal mind knowing the securities. And Dahlia with her deceiving looks can hide away evidences. Gant also committed the murder to pin the blame on Maggey.Well, am I right Gant?
Gant: Wrighto, you are absolutely right on that. I will not kill Dahlia as promised.
Matt: You figured it out Lawyer dude. Congrats.
*Gumshoe barges in.*
Gumshoe: Here is the body, pal!
Regina: MAX!! *cries*

*Phoenix picks one up*

*10 minutes later outside the warehouse*
*Gant, Matt and Dahlia are being escorted to the police car*
Dahlia: I thank you Phoenix for saving me even though I was part of it. Allow me to show you my gratitude. *Dahlia kisses Phoenix again in the lips*

Phoenix: Alright if you say so... Here goes...

The first is Gant's knowledge of the victim's locations, and the fact he was delivered the life vials. It is true he was powerful enough in the force to be able to get that information, but how could he do this now if he wasn't the chief of police anymore? In the case of the victim's locations, maybe he could have thought of looking them up BEFORE he was arrested, but why would he? And this doesn't explain how he was delivered the life vials... I guess.

The second is: why exactly did Gant murder Max? I saw no reason for him to do so...

Lastly: why did Iris have the antidote for Phoenix? It's weird to think Gant let her have it for no reason... unless it was in case Dahlia herself ended up swallowing the poison unintentionally?

Rebuttal 1: He carries a tracking radar (much like Franziska's except this reveals the exact locations) post-arrest now that he has no power anymore. After Rise from the Ashes. He will attempt to mark all the locations of all the targets after each trial including the ones from Kurain and Eagle Mountain. The life vials were a secret request nobody knew. He needed those to exhume any dead criminals so he can order them around to do crimes. Remember, he is corrupt.
Rebuttal 2: All he just wants to do is pin the murder on Maggey since she was getting wind of the kidnapping plot.
Rebuttal 3: Somehow this idea was incorporated from an anime I used to watch. Wherein a fake heroine made the hero swallow a poison. But he was cured to the power of love. But I don't think that's how it really went. The poison had no effect on Dahlia because it was specially formulated only for Phoenix. Somehow, Iris managed to get the antidote to prevent the poisoning that her sister would have planned
