???: (Hi. My name is Issac Nickles and I'm one of the few chosen to take the bar exam to become a defence attorney. Those who passed the written test get to take the practical exam.)
Issac: (If i pass this then i get my badge and join a law agentcy* and the prossucuter* i'm facing fails. But if i don't win...)

Baliff: Mr. Nickles, please proceed to the court room. The trial is about to start.

Issac: Alright defence attorney badge, here i come!

Judge: The Test Trial of Larry Butz is now about to began. Is the defence ready?

Issac: Yes your honor. (Actually, i have no piece* of evedince* at all. The defence was told to start off with no actual evedince* which sucked alot.)

Judge: Is the prosecution ready?

???: Of course your honor .

Issac: (The prosecutors name is Terry Hawks. Though everyone calls him a prodegy. Rumors are that he passed the written test with a perfect mark. This is going to be one tough test trial.)

Judge: Very well. Please began your opening statement.

Hawks: With pleasure. Larry Butz, a 33 year old man was arrested for murduring a 45 year old man by the name Micheal Von Karma, whose profession was a defence attorney. The cops arrested him since he was the only person at the crime sceane*.

Hawks: You catch on fast.

Hawks: Please testify about what you witnessed.

White: Gladly.

Issac: (There has to be a contradiction some where. I just know it!)

Issac: ... (he's not giving alot of info, is he? Now if someone didn't give contradictions i was to press right)

Judge: Very well, Mr. Nickles you may began your cross examination.

Issac: How did the murder look like?

White: Well, I saw to men. And one of them grabbed the revolver in there pocket and... oh dear

Judge: Is this importent Mr.Nickles!

Issac: Of course its importent! Oh and Hawks?

Hawks: Yeah?

Issac: Who owned the revolver?

Hawk: Von Karma owned the revolver. During the struggle, he shot at the defendent but missed. Then he dropped the revolver after that.

Issac: Then it could have been self defence!

Hawk: Nope, 'cause the witness saw him attempt to strangle Von Karma. So it was self defence for Von Karma.

Issac: Darn it! (Thought I could make something of it, I need to think this through), the defence requests a 10 minute reccess!

Judge: Very well, we will break for 10 minutes.
