I absolutely loved your depiction of Edgeworth and Phoenix there. Finally a fanfic that doesn't rush headlong into courtroom action but prioritises characterisation and atmosphere. I think you nailed many of their personality's nuances spot-on. Edgeworth had such carefully written lines ("Then, the casualty...") that underline his hole as the series' tragic hero ("bugger"). The judge finally showed some guts, too, which I've always missed in PW ("Shut up everybody !" - I've always wanted him to grow a spine.)
This grand piece of literature is as captivating as a giant bald eagle shitting apple pies on a freshly waxed SUV is American or your great grandfather Seamus P. Flannery O'Reily, a professional leprechaun from Dublin, clinging to the side of the ship, singing Erin Go Bragh in Gaelic while chugging down gallons of Guiness, is Irish.

I'm definitely looking forward to the next chapter.

Golly gee, it's good that you put posts on every freaking forum linking to this masterpiece, or we wouldn't have noticed.
