Wow...That's really good. It needs to be cleaned up a little, and the shading is a little weird, but other than that, it's absotively amazing.

Use a fairly simpele color pallete: 3-6 Shades of color for the outfit, this is only for the main outfit, like a suit, almost all clothing pieces in AA series follow this rule, for each individual piece, there are 3-6 shades of color. 4-7 shades for the skin (depends on the kind of detailing, you mustly use the darkest four around the ears and neck), 3-4, maybe 5 shades for the hair.
I generally edit sprites that already have the simple pallet (I use paint for my edits), so I don't know how you'd go about getting this exactly with whatever program it is you use. Next, Take to note: OUTLINES. All AA sprites have darker outlines, generally of the shade of whatever you're outlining (the clothes, the darkest shades of that, etc.), this is a fairly easy tip.
Anti-Aliasing, use sparingly, and use well. The main part of a clean sprite is Capcom's unique use of anti-aliasing that the do using one to two colors or more. Its quite easy but hard to explain. I would reccommend studying 1-5, PW2-PW3, and AJ sprites for good examples of the above tips. Kristoph, Gant, and Apollo are some good starts.

thanks for the critisism...for now ive decided to leve that sprite be (concidering I have much to do and a some-what lazy personality...unless i get interested in the thing what im doing...which happens to be the fangame ATM -look into the fan games i set up a topic-)
