Magician Maya looks good, as so do the rest of the edits, maybe except for Waitress!Trucy one. Her hair looks a little bit strange to me, particularly at the top.
I hope to see more of your work in the future, and maybe see some OC's.

. And yeah, Trucy's head looks a bit weird to me too, but I can't put my finger on why... maybe 'cause hatless Trucy looks weird in general >_< I tried fixing the head decoration thingy, does it look better?
Also, I tried doing teenage Pearl, something about her looks a bit off.. but I can't figure out why...

Well, it does still look odd... but I've been thingking about it and came up with this: " What if she moved the descoration thing there to the right and keep the same height?" I'm not sure if it will get better.
About Teen! Pearly, one of the features that strike me as odd is her face. It doesn't remind me of her at all, actually. Besides that, I can't point out anything else that may be the reason why you aren't so sure about her.

Really? I used Pearl's eyes, eyebrows and nose, and Maya's mouth. The face shape itself I redrew a bit from Maya's. I thought it's the hair that looks weird... but I can't figure how where exactly >_<
