Yeah, it's actually been pretty empty in this section for a while. When I first joined there were so many people makig and posting sprites, now it's just a handful of us.

I can probably count about 6 of us that post sprites regularly. Loving the re-vamped Ali Care sprites btw. The shocked anim is my favourite one out of them.

Aside from some really jarring anatomy issues, that's a pretty great set you've got going there. It seems like the arms are the biggest weakness, as they're disproportionate and out of perspective in quite a few of these poses. The only ones that look notably poor are the close-ups, which look really amateur in comparison to the rest.

Other than that you've got an awesome set, though. Lots of personality while still being fairly versatile. Keep up the good work!

I don't think that the hands are that out of proportion, but I do agree that the close up looks the most amateur, if you are looking for criticism.

Anyway, this looks like a greatly done set with good design on the OC. I love his damage animation, but you might want to check to make sure the line that ends his body does not pop up above the defense bench.

Great Job! :phoenix:
Mr. Edgeworth, do you realize if we played by the rules, we'd be in court right now?

Didn't say anything about the hands. While the hands aren't perfect they're pretty good for the most part. The only one I'd recommend fixing is the point, and even then most people won't be bothered by that. I only really say that because I'm a perfectionist with that sort of thing.

To expand on my point about the arms, though, I've done some quick redlines of these sprites. I apologize for the low quality, my tablet/computer generally hates me. My sketches to the right are suggestions for a better fit.
Image
Namely the proportion and perspective on this one is off. The front-most arm looks far too blocky and large, and it's hard to tell where the elbow is. We're also seeing far too much of the further arm that breaks the illusion of perspective.

Image
This is sort of the same issues, trying to fit the arm better in perspective. As a side note, that's a bit of an odd way to hold the paper.

Image
Here the big distraction is the behind-the-back arm. It's too large and protruding when it should be more turned to the back. It also looks like he doesn't have a shoulder on his pointing arm.

Anyways that's my take, hopefully that helped. You did a good job, with a bit of polish I'd hope to see these starring in a trial.

I'm not touching Alberto unti I finish other concepts I have.

@Venser: Yes his flying :larry: , I'm fixing that.

@Backburner26: I didn't noticed the similarities with Leonardo DiCaprio.

An iPad... Huh, couldn't tell. Though that's still an odd way to hold it. It'd probably look clearer if he was holding it by the sides.
