I think you should try to work more on anatomy and proportions, but aside from that, I'm getting really fond of your style! Faces are definitely your strong point

From what I can see, the only real issue (and it's not just you) is drawing a face pointing sideways. You just make them a little too flat-faced. Still, you're an excellent spriter! So practice will make perfect!

If anything, just make the shirt's cuffs look more thin, like they're folded over, and not a ring shape.
That, and the pocket looks a little out of place, but maybe moving it more to your right, and a little higher (also add some shading to help show it's not separate from the shirt.)
