You probably already know of C6 from the Sprite Comics section. For those of you who don't know, it was one of the more popular comics originating from a smiley game that used to lurk in the depths of the cesspool knows as the Berry Big Circus. We had quite a fan following, until we started getting lazy/life commitments started getting in the way, and the comic kind of faded away. But back in September, we broke the 9 months silence by posting a bumper issue to the christmas saga we'd started nine months previous.
For this Christmas, as an apology for taking so long on the next comic, we're making a very special Christmas comic. Even though our last issue was a Christmas comic. XD;;; God we're so lazy. But this one's different in that it's full art. See the below image for an example of the finished art:
We hope to have the first few pages released by Christmas. Under the spoiler tag is the placeholder front cover, anatomy concepts for Trucy and the outline plans for page one and two. (Yes, the above finished art is the very first panel in Page 1)
Finally, we're trying to figure out how to present this comic. Would you rather a SWF/FLA file where you click a button/the page itself to change to the next page, or just posting the pages onto the topic individually? Get back to us on that.

I would prefer the SWF/FLA file because it would convenient to click a button for a page change.
However, I think a few people who have slow loading times or whatnot may prefer individual pages. I'm not sure how big the SWF/FLA file would be and I don't have painfully slow internet so I wouldn't know.

That's a good point.. if it will take significantly more time to make the SWF file, then I'm sure that most people wouldn't mind if you gave the links individually. It's not a big deal if the SWF can't be made.

Ah, Ceres! Always good to hear from you. Thanks for the feedback man. And I love the Godot bit myself. XD Can't wait till we get it all drawn up and coloured.
By the by, there's going to be cameo characters in the background while the main actions is happening in the foreground. So don't be surprised if you see Edgey or Gant around. XD
I think we're leaning towards the indivdual PNG solution for the time being given our aptitude for missing deadlines. XD; At least this will give us a steady drip feed of shit to update the topic with I guess.
Just you wait. XD We've got some crazy shit planned out for this issue. We want to do the jokes that we couldn't pull of with the sprites, and they're generally the funnier ones. So here's hoping!

How we will update will be in random but I'm doing my best to get at least ONE PAGE done by 24th Demember. That's pretty pathetic but get out of my hair, I'm an art-noob with assignments to do. >_>;

Anyway...I really like the look of the style of art so far, guys. Trucy's expressions are priceless.
I don't paticualrly mind whether you do a SWF. or PNG. format. SWF files are fun to click but eat up my broadband.

Probably 'cause if you can't draw you can still make pretty graphics, so yeah. <3 (Actually, if its pretty depends on your experience and/or eye for artistic elements, but oh well.)

With that, I'm in the middle of sorting this out (trying to avoid needing to downgrade my CS4) and have been thinking of making this comic something of a flash-back. This means that the comic is actually set after with the police questioning the characters on that party. Here's a barebones example of the "true" start of the comic:
: The mansion's quite a mess don't you think? *stares at a human carcass* Are you able to tell us what exactly happened at that night?
: Well it all started...Guess no deadlines for me! Muah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! *runs in shame*

After some experimenting, here's the coloured Marshall. (Saying that accidentally reminds me of a certain blaxploitation film.)
Maybe I took too long on thist? I'm not even sure how long proffesionals take to colour, I'm that terrible. >_>
In addition, I gave him the classic comic speech-bubble and text instead. Not sure whether to stick with this or go back to the all-black C6 one.
Hopefully Gumshoe, Gant and Larry will be done tomorrow.
Edit: I've stayed true to my word, again. Ceres: 1 - Rev: 2!... >_>;
Now I just gotta experiment for a suitable background and add in some more speech bubbles.
