And unfortunately, I can't find any official items for him...but sprites will do, I'm sure.

You can see theres a dragon-like spine on the side of his jacket. What I assume is theres another dragon on his back, perhaps two dragons that spiral up onto the shoulder blades or something? Not sure. I think its up to artists imagination for that one...
