This forum is for sprite comics. Please post only your own work. Please warn for individual comics if they contain spoilers from GS2, 3, or 4. Please post ONLY PW-centrc fan comics. You don't have to use PW sprites as long as it's clearly PW related (like, if someone made a sprite comic of PW characters made from Mega Man sprites or something). Smiley "comics" aren't comics. Go to the Phoenix Wright Funnies thread for that. If you respond to any comics posted here, do CONSTRUCTIVELY. It's most convenient for everyone if you edit your first post with new comics, so that anyone just coming into your thread can read them all at once without pawing through pages of comments |

It's okay to use sprites from court-records.net. Most people on here do. It's also a credit-free archive, so you don't necessarily have to give any credit for the sprites you took from CR, as long as you don't claim you ripped them. It's always nice if you acknowledge your sources, though. ^_^ By "post only your own work," I think Wooster means that you can't put up someone else's sprite comic. |

Question: Is It Ok to post non-pw related "Storywise" using PW sprites, even If it doesn't revolve around all the characters from the series? Cause I've got a new series Im working on called DEATH NOTE comics... using death note characters, then using Housuke, and the Judge... and mabye PW Witnesses... but can I post them if they have the sprites? |

I have the same question...I made a sprite comic using the PW sprites, but the plot and theme are of a different series...would that be allowed? |

Yeah, I'm admittedly a little glad to see them go. My main problem is that they aren't really "comics." They're more like scripts or fanfics... *Suddenly, the fanfic section is overrun with "smiley fanfics"* I'M SORRY, PRESENT TESTIMONY... What about a collaborative comic between two members? Like, with the graphic artist and the writer being two different people working together, bouncing ideas back and forth, Penny Arcade style. Is that allowed? It says "Please post only your own work," but it's not possible for two people to be a thread creator. XD'' EDIT: Of course, both creators would be hanging around the thread. |

I'm going to guess if you put it together yourself and it's your own work and it's a "one-panel" sprite comic, then it would be okay, but if it's just an actual, regular screen shot from the game, then no. |
