What is the name of this song?

Could someone please tell me the official name and/or artist of the song played at 0:42 in this video? I believe the name used on the official game soundtrack is Investigation - Cross-Examining (Variation), but the one in this video isn't quite the one from the game. ;D
Any help at all would be much appreciated. Thanks!
