Ok, I decided to take initiative and make an actual topic for the conversation my friends and I had on the country topic.

Here we will discuss what we do to keep our bodies fit and try to give each other pep talks.

I work out every morning using exercise DVDs and I try to eat less than I usually do...Which is hard for me.

I just really want to be thin again. (I'm not necessarily fat though.)

The new gym I started going to has TVs installed on the treadmills.

Picture me running while watching El Chavo followed by the final moments of Goku x Baby Golden Monkey.

Can't have more motivation than that

Wow! XD

Well I guess that helps...I exercise better with music anyway.

I enjoy doing long distance running, especially high school cross country, to stay fit and active.

Even though I'm a track & field athlete in my high school and I'm not out of shape, I still want to watch what I eat.

In the past, I always had trouble trying new foods. Especially vegetables. Now-a-days, I've been trying new things and acquiring new tastes so my body can receive better benefits.

I hope I can keep my current figure for as long as I can.

I exercise way better with music too. Hip-hop for the strenght part (rythmical beats help with coordination, also the style kinda matches) and rock for the aerobic part (some songs are so "MOVE IT!!!!" that I sometimes put the treadmill on maximum and start dashing like a maniac)

But it's VERY easy for me to get demotivated on the treadmill because it's just so... still. Time seems to pass much slower. So the TV helps a lot on distracting me.

Gnobo you should try spinach, spinach tastes good with lots of minced garlic.

I don't need a treadmill, I just need to listen to music and I automatically start walking around my room. Or when my mom starts playing her music in the morning I start dancing while making breakfast. ^^;

Gnobo, you're a track & field athlete? Awesome! I've always had an interest in this kind of stuff, but I lack the lungs to do it (for now). It would help me a LOT, because I play amateur soccer every Friday and I'm a right back, which means I have to run more than anyone else on the team.

Gnobo would be better at freeze tag.

Which is great because on a school field day when I was 17 I played freeze tag for the first time in years and I sucked at it...I was a slow runner.

But that was a fun field day...And I ended up eating two cotton candy sticks.

Sometimes I get strawberry shakes instead of chocolate ones.
And sometimes I use the bathroom further away from my bedroom.
I think I've gotten my weight gaining from fatal *breathes into oxygen mask* all the way down to life threatening.
*breathes into oxygen mask* Now if you'll excuse me, My Mcdonald's delivery is waiting for me at the door.
*oozes away from computer.*

Eh I'm a big fan of walks and I eat fruit over sweets when I'm shopping.
Recently I'm trying to drink more water than fizzy stuff.

On nice days I'll just hit the road on a walk for like a couple hours or so. Double that when my girlfriend is around as we enjoy the walks together.
Regular days I do standard dog walking stuff and at work I'm often rushing about and on my feet all the time so I imagine even if it isn't particular exercise it'll burn plenty calories.

Just a walk a day. My usual route is a little less than two miles, though I occasionally walk to a local tea shop, which is about a four-mile round trip. Other than that, it's just a matter of only getting a snack every other day and limiting just how big that snack is. My diet certainly has room for improvement, but it appears to serve its purpose; I'm nowhere near as chubby as I was during my time at college.

I use a home-gym as a means to tone my rugged physique. I'll do push-ups and sit-ups to burn away the flab on my arms and stomach. And I also use work as a work out. Milk crates make excellent makeshift dumbbells. Do I lift? Why yes. Yes I do.

During my earlier years, I became obsessed with Vision of Escaflowne and liked how Hitomi was a track runner. So I began to run random parts of the street, like it was a track. Must've looked pretty dumb... mostly, though, hated sports in school.

So now I basically do no exercise. I guess exercise for me is schlepping the trolley full of shopping up the stairs, going up and down the stairs to my home and cleaning my room every few weeks months that ends with my thighs burning for two days. As mentioned, we have a treadmill-bike thing, but never use it. My mother used it often, doing a 1 hour/45 minutes work out on it while watching CSI, House or something similar. I tried it, too, but I don't stick with it a lot...

Well, I try to go on a walk every weekend that's at least 10 miles. It's pretty good exercise when you get to the hilly areas. My motivation is basically just getting out of my city and exploring the countryside around it.

It's weird... Right now I just sniffed the jacket I'm wearing it's got... a different scent on it. I can't put my finger on it, but this fragrance... it isn't mine. I think someone was spraying perfume in the locker room at work on Saturday when I wore this one.
