Eh, it sounds more along the lines of the dog being evidence than a witness. I like how the people are just going 0_0 about the whole thing, and I'm wondering how the dog got a college degree. This certainly means a lot for those "Equal rights for all mammals" protesters. XD

That story is crazy. A dog with a college degree in criminal justice... that may explain how Meekins made it onto the police force though.
