To sum up the plot of Johnny Turbo; yes, folks, it's an ad with a plot - Johnny Turbo, grand champion of the TurboGrafx, goes up against the evil (and legally distinct) Feka Empire to prove that yes, the TurboGrafx really is the first ever CD-based games system!
...Yeah. You have no idea how funny (and unintentionally homoerotic - yeah, really) this is, especially for something meant as an advertising campaign marketed towards children. You have to wonder who the hell thought it was a good idea to slander Sega as a evil communist empire.
Here's the obligatory question though: why? Why did they even do this? Who in their right mind thought this would ever work?!
Also, what do you think of modern game ads, especially compared to this? :)

Also, it'll never beat the Sega ad that had them grab a SNES, and then drop it off the top of a building. It was hilarious.
