But hey, Court Records is actually going to be hosting an Original Character contest very soon. If what you really want is to give your character more coverage in the fandom, that might be the best way to do it. Anyway, this happened when I used browsers OTHER THAN FIREFOX....
In comparison, the one with normal-sized sig is viewed using Firefox.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@forums.court-records.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Considering how the bugs show up, and the fact that it rarely affects the Index page, I'm guessing the problem is the server database's post timestamps are not being saved and retrieved correctly. The only place that information isn't queried by the server is - you guessed it - the Index. ;D

Only by an admin - and that's assuming the problem is to do with the skin and not the server itself.
If it's an actual server fault, then it depends entirely on how much access the CR crew has to the server settings. :/
