Say someone asked a question, I answer the question, but see someone already answered it.

The only thing you can do is edit your post. It also helps to check what you're writing down and looking back at the topic real quick if you're responding to someone before making your post. It's all about using a checking system.

It's worth mentioning that you can report your own posts as well (red circular icon under posts). If someone wants to delete their own comments we usually don't have any issues complying.
