1) Durarara!! - PFFT AWESOME.
2) Baccano! - PFFT ALSO AWESOME (though I prefer Durarara!!--I just feel the characters are, overall, more likable in DRRR!!).
3) Neon Genesis Evangelion - Standard.
4) Hetalia - I <3 history.
5) Princess Tutu - I love anime that have this sort of hidden depth to them.
6) Sailor Moon - Classic. I will never stop loving this series.
7) D.N.Angel - Though the anime was actually shit, the manga was (and still is, seeing as it's still running) awesome.
8) 07-Ghost - There really needs to be another season to this one; I really liked the mythology behind the Ghosts.
9) Revolutionary Girl Utena - This is the NGE of shoujo, so of course I'm going to love it
10) Naruto - Ah, shoot me. XD
Cowboy Bebop/Trigun would also probably be on this list if I had watched it in the last five years...but it's been a while since I've seen either or them. I'm also really fond of Shaman King.
Just...anyone and everyone should go watch Durarara!! and/or Baccano! They're both by the same writer, and they both have some amazing twists (especially the crazy plot-knot that is Baccano!...and the character depth involved in Durarara!! is also pretty awesome, as far as "keeping a secret" goes).

Okay, in no particular order-and some being what I recently watched:
Trigun-Yes! I watched it and loved it-although it was a dub, not sub(really hard to find a decent copy unless I fork out cash)
Neon Genesis Evangelion-Watched the series and the movies. A bit crazy nearer the end but the movies make up for it....mostly.
My Neighbour Totoro-I know it's a movie, but created with Hayao Miyazaki. I loved his repitoir of films ever since I watched Spirited Away. I would put the whole lot if I had room x]
Baccano-Either all the characters are mains or none of them are. It's funny and refreshing from the usual stuff. And the title is "noise" in Italian! LOVE!
Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood- Although i loved the first anime (the one that didn't follow the manga), this one made the characters seem more human and give them a deeper background. Again, LOVE!
Hetalia-Aw, C'mon. What's not to love?! xD
Kuroshitsuji-A demon butler with a young boy as his master? Do I need to say any more?
Junjou Romantica-I read (and still reading) the manga first and loved that. Shounen-ai and yaoi fan? Read or watch it-now! *is shot*
Death Note-The first half is better than the second, but overall I loved the series as well as the live-action stuff.

- I love this series to pieces~ But I hated the dub with a passion... especially in GX... -_-

Well, IMO new animes can't really stand the test of time, you know? As much As I love DRRR! I don't think it would
"survive" for the next 5 years or so, unlike classics, uhh..So, it'd be pretty weird if you listed new animes that wont survive long for an "All-Time" question.. ugh..Well, yah...damn I suck at explaining things

1: Naruto/Naruto Shippuden: I just like this show, there are really awesome (and under-rated) characters in it! And the story is pretty good too
2: Dragon Ball/ DBZ: That's just too classic, I like pretty much everything about it.
3: Pokemon: Yep, another classic. I like the Team Rocket! And some of the newest characters are awesome (like Conway, Dawn's creepy stalker!)
4: One piece: Awesome pirate story, and the fruits are really interestings...
5: Spider Riders: Do anyone beside me remember this anime? I really liked it but it's seem like I was the only one...
6: Yu-gi-oh: I liked it, there's some awesomes characters in it! And the abridged serie is even better than the original!
7: Beyblade: Liked that one, Kenny was cute!
8: Cardcaptor Sakura: I think it's the first anime I watched... And one of the very few shojo I like...
9: Detective Conan/ Case closed: I like mysteries and murders like that...
