Well, technically, Drake is still the acting prosecution. Unless he gets killed off or indisposed, you'll have to settle for playing him. |

What about Prosecution Aid? |

The prosecution aid is available, if you'd like to apply. If you will, you'll have to wait for GT's confirmation first, though. |

Er...isn't that a character from Bobobo? |

The name is, yes. But I'm certain that our friend won't be crazy enough to do Bobobo antics during the trial. |

Too late, unfortunately. But you can take the role of the Prosecution, considering that I have yet to find a damn replacement for him. |

Actually scratch that... I looked at CP's profile of him... and I rather like it. I'll leave it be. |

Please accept my apologies. I'm not entirely here at the moment. Not too long ago I had just been released from the hospital pertaining to neurological happenings... but I didn't want to up and leave CR. I'll trespenate closer on my actions. ---further edit--- I must back out. I do not feel up to position to disrupt a planned trail. Sorry in advance for any wrenches this will throw... |

Post subject: | Re: Turnabout in the dark (prosecution role open) |
Huh? If there's no Prosecution, I can't be a prosecution aide. I can play my role but I can't take prosecution, because I can't use somebodies character I can't understand. I can make my own and go from there, and I can use original characters, but I suck at making story for someone elses created character. |

I'm going to have such nice grounds for an appeal with that search warrant. I wonder what I can do with that. I will say that in the U.S.A, search warrants need to specify what object you're looking for, you can't just go an fish around a house randomly. |

Post subject: | Re: Turnabout in the dark (prosecution role open) |
Noble, perhaps you forgot something. This is AA-style trials. As we all know, it doesn't work so well in regards to search warrants and trials. At least in comparison to reality. |

Uh... I'll be the prosecution if I can change the character.... I won't back out, don't worry, but I don't really like Drake. |

PM me the details that you want to change. If you want to make a brand new character instead, I'm afraid that I cannot allow that. |

Post subject: | Re: Turnabout in the dark (prosecution role open) |
Let me be blunt. Drake is the prosecution. It makes little to no sense to randomly kick him off the case just for the sake of putting a new prosecution in line. The AA verse may have no sense in the court system, but even it just doesn't randomly kick off prosecution or defense. |

Basically, what he's saying is, "We started with Drake, and we're already in too deep to just swap out people all willey-nilley." |
