PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TRIAL WON'T START UNTIL ONE OF THE OTHER TRIALS FINISH OR GETS LOCKED UP. Background phase: On December 15th at precisely 5:00 PM, a nurse [Envy Green] discovered the body of one Ms. Ema Tian, the fiancee of the defendant. The nurse screamed and police were at the scene at precisely 5:14 PM. The initial examination of the body was that she died of a heart attack, however, further testing provided positive results of a poison known as potassium cyanide. This was confirmed by the syringe found at the scene. It contained traces of poison and there was a needle mark near the lateral (sideways) portion of her left shoulder. Everyone at the time was questioned and many claimed to see suspiscious activity concerning the victim's fiancee Mr Dei Tyson. Under the suspision of murder, Mr Tyson was brought into questioning and is now awaitng trial. Initial Evidence: Ema's Autopsy Report: Casue of death was an injection of potassium cyanide, the victim died at 5:00 PM. (Death was instantaneous) Floor Plans (Tyson's Office): Floor Plans of the Medical office where the murder occured. Syringe: The apparent murder weapon. No fingerprints and designed for diabetic use. (Injecting Insulin) Faint Traces of poison. Rubber Gloves: Left over the body, Bears the defendant's fingerprints. Crime Scene Photo: Taken by police. Shows the victim slumped over a chair. Crime Scene Photo #2: Shows the exact position of where the needle came into contact. (Upper left arm.) (More as the trial progresses.) Deceased: Ema Tian - Age: 23 (Female) Occupation: The Defendant's fiance and currently enrolled in Med. School. Diagnosed with Diabetes. Accused: Dei Tyson - Age: 30 (Male) Occupation: The victim's fiance and owner of a small private clinic. Witnesses: Envy Green - Age: 27 (Female) Occupation: Nurse currently employed by Mr. Tyson. Was the one who discovered the body of the deceased. Overall the jealous type and doesn't like her job. Miguel Rivera - Age: 35 (Male) Occupation: Visiting patient and a real estate owner. Claimed that the defendant did inject the victim with "something". Flighty with a tendency to stray off topic. Dae Oro - Age: 46 (Male) Occupation: Receptionist at Tyson & Co. Medical Clinic. Claims that the defendant was with the victim last. Suffers from some memory loss. Overall cheerful and extremely generous. (To an extreme degree.) Ballie Rina - Age 21 (Female) Occupation: Victim's cousin. No job on the legal records. Claims the defendant and the victim had a large arguement the night prior to the murder. Has a "I-don't-wanna-work" attitude and spends her time loafing around her cousin's home. (Misc. She loves to dance.) Well. I'm currently roled in another trial RPG, but I guess playing the defence aid for comic mischief and help wouldn't hurt. I'll be an OC defense aid. Guess a bit more wouldn't hurt. OC: Name: Ben Credable Age: 25 Occupation: Defense Aid and Private Investigator Personallity: Even though he was a former officer of the law, Ben rarely takes anything seriously and tends to blurt out whatever is on his mind. This tends to bite him back on the tush at times. Although he acts like a child at times, he can focus when need comes. |
