{{I made the day 1 invest. SO I figured I'd make day two.}}

THUS FAR:

Mrs Den has been accused of the murder on Mr. Painy Thing. Her Dense Attorney is Rarikou, the proscuetor being Dimbo.
After A short investigation, Rarikou finds himself in court with little to work on. It has been revealed the the accused was recieving blackmail letters from the victim. Do to some cunning, Rarikou manages to buy more time, after realizing a flaw in the murder weapon

... and so begins day 2.

Rarikou, still pleased, decided to head again, to examine the crime scene.

Dawn sighed and looked at the crime scene again. It was clean except for the tape on the ground where the body fell. "Well... Looks like we've ran in circles all this time again." She looked at the ground. "As if I didn't have enough to do anyways..."

"So you claim you saw Mrs Den shoot the victim, and that she was hlding the gun? That is simply not possible. THe gun itself reveals that, the fingerprints of Mrs. Den WERE on it, but their arrangemtnt shows it was picked up from the ground."

"Erm... I didn't say that I SAW Ms. Denerop kill the victim, only that I heard the gunshot, and saw Ms. Den holding the gun, she was the only one I saw at the scene, so I assumed the worst and ran to find help. But, if what you say is true, then perhaps the fingerprints were removed from the trigger? Or were there any other prints? I believe suicide has been ruled out, so the only other possibilities are that Ms. Den committed it, or someone else was at the scene."

Dawn scribbled something in her notebook, and her cell phone didn't ring as it was off for the afternoon. She spied the attorney out of the corner of her eye, but ignored him as she wrote in the notebook.
