I don't think so. After all, it gave her a possibility to escape the responsibility of killing 14 (now 15) people, even if accidentally. I don't think she cared all that much.
I mean, seriously, "working too hard" isn't an excuse to get away with. People doing certain jobs (like a plane pilot or a doctor) can't allow themselves not to pay full attention. When other people's life depend on you, you mustn't make such mistakes. If you do that, you aren't the right person for the job.
Maybe if Grey did things differently, the accident could have been prevented, but still, it was Mimi's fault.

Her feeling guilty is a hard question. She never said anything like "I should have been more careful", "I'm so sorry" or anything like this, only that "That Dr. Grey is a horrible monster, it's all his fault!"
I'm not saying that Grey is any better than Mimi. but for me it seemed than Mimi wanted to avoid any responsibility and pin everything on Dr Grey. About loving her sister, yes, I think she did love Ini.
Also, Mimi was really stupid. First of all, she thought that Dr Grey drugged her. I mean, why would be do that? It's totally against his sake. He even wanted to channel Mimi back, so why would he want to kill her? I could also mention that "NO WAY I LET YOU TOUCH MY NEW CAR EVEN IF I'M SO TIRED THAT I CAN BARELY STAY AWAKE" attitude.
And cooperating Morgan with framing Maya was another unforgivable crime for me at least. Wasn't it her in the first place who introduced Grey to Maya? I think she really didn't have to cooperate with Morgan at all, she did it because she wanted to kill Grey, not caring how many other lives she may ruin (I'm talking about Maya, Pearl, Phoenix, and Grey's family is he has one).

I agree, there is no way of getting around it, Mimi killed 16 people and is an evil person. She has the highest "kill-count" in the entire AA series! I don't think she regretted it, I think she was glad her sister died, as she could continue on with her evil schemes without anyone knowing what she did. What a hideous witch.

No no, I mean the reason for the car accident was due to her being tired from being hounded by the media earlier that day. Yes, she screwed up bad in that malpractice incident (though that could also be partially blamed on Grey for putting extra pressure on her) but the media sure didn't help afterwards.
