1) Present Matt Engarde's profile to Gumshoe.
2) Talk to Gumshoe about the new subject that appears (I think two subjects appear, but I could be wrong...)
3) Go back to the Viola Hall.
4) Get the Radio Transceiver from Powers (this might happen after the next step, I can't really remember... sorry, bad memory, and my DS is across the North Sea).
5) Talk to Powers about everything.
