Well... Why didn't she just kill Maya? I mean, she had the chance.
You may say that it was just so Ini could get revenge, but she didn't exactly do anything that Morgan couldn't do on her own.
I may be overlooking something, though. >.>

Yeah, basically what was said. Mimi wanted to take care of Grey, Morgan wanted to take care of Maya. This would kill Grey, meaning he couldn't find anything else out about Mimi, and incarcerate Maya, which would prevent her from being Master, and ensuring Pearl would. Maya didn't need to be killed in order for Morgan's goal to be achieved, so... Maya just didn't kill her.

This makes the most sense. She probably suspected that she could put all of the blame on Mimi/Ini. If she killed Maya, then it would be much easier to be traced back to her. She would have had a motive.
As for Grey's death, Morgan had no reason to be involved in that. She could just play the part of the innocent witness.
