In the third case, Turnabout Big Top, at the second half of the last trial, you can choose not to cross examine, this way, you'll skip the testimony and pressing, and get right to motive part. :moe-laugh:

But what's so interesting about it?

I never knew that.

The only reason on why I never did it because I always feared Maya would always take a tantrum and you'd have to listen to the crappy testimony & cross-examine. Or you'd probably get a penalty for wasting the court's time :nick:

...I'm so forgetful. I actually did this. :payne: It was a good thing I was already continuing 2-3 when I posted that, or else it would've been a Payne in the Butz if I had to go through all of that. *sigh*

always remeber 2 things.
1. rules are made to be broken.

i must say that i skipped it on my first playthrough and did the cross-examination in the second playthrough.

Spoiler: case 2-3
i knew that if acro testified about how the ringmaster was like a father to him, everyone would think of acro less likly to be the killer and therefore, make my job harder :payne:

thus i thought that i should persue this from another angle :yogi:

...Am I the only one who didn't find his testimony that annoying? :moe:
I like Moe! :D I thought he was kinda funny... not that I'm a big fan of 2-3 in general, but still.
My overwhelming hate for Regina kinda overshadowed any annoyance I had towards Moe.

Wow, I didn't know this either! I figured that choosing to not cross examine would result in either a guilty verdict or some additional text followed by the cross examination.

Well, crap. I didn't know that. :c

Whenever the game asks "Do you want to cross-examine?" I always assume I'm supposed to go HELL YEAH or else my client is toast. I'll have to try this next time I play JFA.

lol at how many poeple there are that did the cross-examination(that made wright look like a jerk for accusing acro)

although it wasn't said before case 3-5,when you eliminate the impossible, what remains must be teh truth :godot:

it was impossible for acro to have a motive,so the remaining solution is,he had no motive for killing the ring master(thus no need for cross-examination) :yogi:
