We can't have a new forum without a thread for the music for these great games!

Overall, not as fond of 2s music as I was 1s, but JFA did have some stand out tracks, mostly in the Investigation phase. Eccentric was quite good, and Pearl Fey ~ With Pearly was simply adorable (much like Pearl herself :P). I also thought all 3 Searchs were solid, with Search ~ Core being simply a great piece of music that fit the situation perfectly. In the court suite I did like the Examination themes and Announce the Truth.

I'm hoping Capcom releases an offical CD for the DS version of 2, though my game rip seems to have found a home over on final turnabout, but it's never a sub for a solid official release :P

I really didn't care for the new music at first, but I slowly came to love it. At some points I think I like it even more than the first's. Especially in the ultra-dramatic cross-examination scenes.

Yes.

I like GS3's music best of all, then the first game, and this one last. But I still like the music... just the other games are better :D

I still don't like the testimony and Cross-examination music, particularly when pitched against the original game's versions. Cornered and Objection were okay, but no match or as "head-banging" as the iconic originals. However, everything else felt rather spot-on; the two new search songs, In the Midst and Core, were perfect for their situations. Eccentric, Prison Cell, etc....yeah, it was pretty decent.

On that site i posted u can find much, much more soundtracks
(including all GS games). But that site u posted is really helpful to me...
especially sounds from a game... thnx :)

I honestly didn't notice it was different music. For example, there's definitely that Ace Attorney "cross-examination" theme in my head, but I really can't think of any other version.
