I just realized how much this pairing has grown on me. Now that I look at it, Nick is one of the best people to defrost Franziska's iciness. It seems like Franziska would be a lot easier to be with if one would simply loosen up that tension she seems to have around other people.

Thank you, the subtle phranziska on the left is a nice touch as well. :redd:

I honestly don't think he would care, he was very neglectful of Franziska, preferring to perfect his revenge on Edgeworth.

It would probably go like this.

Maybe so, but his "perfect" daughter dating the man who got him locked up? I think he'd care at least a bit.

I still feel bad for Franzy for having such a horrible dad though. :sadshoe:

That's just it, he was busy ''perfecting'' Miles, he probably wouldn't bat an eyelash.

Karma would probably want nothing less than the man that was capable of bringing him down, anyway.

Ugh, not very good, sadly. I've just been in a writing slump lately, so pretty much everything I try to write just doesn't satisfy me. (I'm a perfectionist, what can I say? xD) I really am trying, but I still don't have much.

Here, I'll post the prologue to sort of make it up to you for sucking:
Spoiler: Prologue!
My head…

That was the first thing thirty-four year old Miles Edgeworth thought when he awoke in the cold, dark room. “What the…?”

“Oh? You’re finally awake?” A dim light flickered on, and Miles found himself looking at a woman in her mid-thirties. “You were easier to take down than I thought you would be, you know.”

“Y-you? Why are—“

“You should know already…Miles.”

Miles struggled, but he was tied up, as expected. Deciding it was futile, Miles looked back to the woman. “So? Are you going to kill me?”

His captor laughed softly. “That is up to your little sister to decide.”

“Franziska…? What does she have to do with any of this?”

“As we speak, she is most likely going back to her house after another perfect case.” The woman spat the word perfect as though it were poison. “There, she will find a letter telling her of your kidnapping and informing her that if she does not give me a certain amount of money, you will be killed.” She smirked. “And we both know that she is not as wealthy as she used to me.”

“And you’re doing all of this for him?” Miles said, almost laughing. “He didn’t give a damn about you, and you’re willing to kill me for him?”

“Yes.” Her answer was curt and calm. “Now, if you’re done trying to upset me, I think we’re done talking for now.” The light went off, and Miles heard the sound of the woman walking across the room towards the exit.

“W-wait!” Miles yelled, but all he got in response was a door slamming and locking.

Please, Franziska…there has to be something you can do…

It's really short and I'm not very happy with it, so I might edit it later. Plus it has no Phranziska. Or Phoenis or Franziska at all, for that matter. x_x I'm not very good at beginnings.
