If and only if you consider the fact that he's hispanic, this is a problem. But, that is due in part only to Capcom having named him as such, in the localized version. I should think this would be very effective regardless of race. And while the eyes would be a dead giveaway if you take the localization at full seriousness, I can think of no reason why Godot would need to remove his visor. I personally think it adds to his appeal, don't you?

I totally agree- in the Gyakuten Saiban original Japanese version, he is (i dont know if this is a spoiler, but just to be safe)
But then again, would they get a german actress to play Franziska von Karma? Or an asian because of being Mei Karuma?
