Hey, some of us *are* being serious :C
Nothing's beyond impossible in Phoenix Wright. People can channel dead spirits, locks magically appear when someone is lying if you hold a shiny green stone, people fall for a cardboard lawyer badge, people can be brought back from the dead, prosecutors can wield whips in court, etc.
I don't see how compared to that, seeing Richard Wellington as a prostitute is impossible :C

1. Capcom secretly hates us (There is other evidence to support this theory like the resident Evil outbreak serveres shutting down, but that might be more just proof they hate me)
2. They forgot.
3. They intend to hold onto it for a game or two and have it pop up lying on a desk or something in one fo the AJ games.
