They update it every 10AM in Japan. I'm on PST so for me it's 6PM (my time) when it is updated. Should be another 4.5 hours.

Is the time zone difference from Japan and EST 14 hours?(guessing from the GS movie)

Oh ok. I remember
Spoiler:
in the English script of GS1-1 the time difference from L.A.?(implied English versions take place there) and Paris is nine hours. In the movie translation it's obviously different. Mia says the difference Japan and New York is, from what I remember, is 14 hours, since New York is EST. Do you know what they say in the Japanese script of GS1?

Both AA wiki and Layton wiki say L.A. but it's probably only because
Spoiler:
:jake: is from quote east L.A. end quote.

that could be why alot of people say the games take place in that location but we would know better if the developers give us a straight answer about it

The movie stayed true to the Japanese script. The victim had gone to New York.

Thanks to Daylight Savings Time, the time difference between American time zones and other zones is off by an hour. It doesn't apply to South America.

Yep. I don't see why they'd not use the official ones they announced a while ago. But it's sort of funny when you think that these people stood in a booth recording 5 different days worth of countdown clips. Well, it was probably done while recording clips for the actual anime scenes.

At first I thought you meant hearing Simon hassled you, not that it was hard to get the site to play his clip. :spit:
