Carmen Sandiego is at it again. This time she stole a press release for an upcoming localized 3DS game. Our clues are Neogaf, a wriggling piece of plywood, and committal concomitance. Track down those clues and bring her to justice.
PSA: Neogaf is only slightly less reliable then 4chan when it comes to rumors and gossip.

Update: Game has no relation to the one being teased by GoNintendo.

He also posted this a little later on in the thread. I'd say the signs are looking pretty good for a PLvsAA localization, even if I'm surprised it's happening so soon.

I don't know him personally (GAF's a big forum), but I believe he works in games journalism, and (per his tag) is a pretty reasonable, level-headed guy. He's also a big fan of Ace Attorney and Ghost Trick, which is more reason to believe he wouldn't fake a tease like this.

He's a former games journalist who still maintains a good deal of contacts in the industry, like people in Nintendo of America and the like. I've personally read a good deal of his information about future games come true, so I believe him. More importantly though, is that he's been verified by the NeoGAF moderation team to be legitimate, and they require anyone who posts such rumors or information to verify that they're in a position to actually know about this information (Several people in the moderation team are also industry insiders too).

Another good point - posting your own teases/rumors on NeoGAF when you can't back them up can be a bannable offense, so tick up another point towards this being legitimate. I didn't realize he was quite that connected and verified by the staff, but it doesn't surprise me.
