The murder weapon... or rather, "attempted murder" weapon.
A bomb was hidden inside. It was meant to detonate in the Defense's Bench.
It did, but the intended target noticed and alarmed everyone. The courtroom was evacuated and noone died.
(Info all gathered when I watched the Demo from TGS a few months back online.)

I wonder if this defense attorney was Apollo. All the other important defense attorneys are dead or locked up in jail. I guess there's Grossberg, but I highly doubt it's him.

I wonder if this defense attorney was Apollo. All the other important defense attorneys are dead or locked up in jail. I guess there's Grossberg, but I highly doubt it's him.
My current theory is that the first case actually plays long before the second and serves as a kind of Prologue, that Apollo is the lawyer who was targeted in the first case and maybed carried away some minor injuries and that inbetween the first and the second case, he goes missing...That's just a current guess of mine, though.
