Just a reminder that the Ace Attorney stage show at Tokyo Game Show is tonight! The main show starts at 14:50 JST (10:50 PM PT/1:50 AM ET/6:50 AM CET) and runs until 15:35, followed by an interview with the development team that will run from 15:35 to 15:50.

The stage show will feature series producer Motohide Eshiro and Apollo’s voice actor KENN. They’ll discuss the upcoming 3DS port of AA4 and other news on the series. From the press-only version that was held a few days ago, we can expect a good amount of time to be spent on merchandise for the series - however, that doesn't rule out there being some new surprises at the end!

As always, we'll be streaming and chatting over on CyTube. Stop on by!

Update: For those who missed it, there unfortunately wasn't really much in the way of news. We got to hear KENN live-voice some AA4 segments and a sample of his vocal rendition of Apollo's theme that will be included in the AA4 LE, but if you were looking for a new game announcement, all we got was Eshiro saying he hopes to have new Ace Attorney as part of the series' 16th year - so maybe an announcement at next TGS!

OK, so 3:50PM for me. I hope they announce a new game!
(Also, it seems the show is right after Toraware no Paruma being shown off, so if you get in early and are confused as hell, it's a prisoner dating sim. That should set the context LMAO)

Did a quick recording of the AA4 footage, in case people want to see what that game they already played looks like ;)

Meh. Nothing new really. Just showed off AA4 and new Merch as well as the AAI stage play. Could be possible there's a special court skit at the end though Nope, not even that

Prisoner dating sim though looks hilarious.

There's one, but like always, it's not streamed.

The rest of us non-TGS attenders will have to wait until Capcom maybe releases it on their official channel. They did it for TGS 2016's skit.

I think his remark was more in the spirit of "the fifteenth anniversary will be over this October, but we are always thinking about bringing you new projects, including new Ace Attorney, also in the sixteenth year and beyond (16年目以降), so please keep on supporting us."

So yes, it was a vague, non-commital comment in general, and he did not even specifiy anything about the "sixteenth year" in particular, it's about the future in general.
