Another Code: R sequel on its way?

If this article is to trust, Cing are considering making another sequel to Another Code/Trace Memory:R, this time focusing around Matthew.

Oh well, another Trace game is cool, although I think I'd rather see a Hotel Dusk sequel...

That doesn't surprise me at all... It seemed to me someone from Cing once said that Another Code would be a trilogy.
In fact, I'm really excited. AC:R was so fr*aking damn good, I can only drool over my keyboard while trying to imagine what this new game might look like. :gant:

Even though, this would be the very first time the story wouldn't be centered around Ashley... which might sound a little weird, but makes sense after all.

Well, in Europe it does seem to be popular, but I've heard the game didn't do so well in Japan... but I don't have any source to back this claim. That would probably explain why the game still hasn't been released in the US...

I remember that the first game was release in japan, after japan EU, next AU and the last one was USA. That was the first time that I see a game released in EU and AU was released Before USA

Well, that's undoubtly what they're going to do. Another Code: R was only released this year, so I doubt they're already working on it. This game came 4 years after the original one, after all! And we had Hotel Dusk in between. So they probably won't start working on AC sequel before next year, for sure... What's more, there's still the rumour/possibility of another HD game, so...

And don't forget that Cing is a kinda small studio, so I doubt they can work on too many games at the same time...

Cing was also behind Little King's Story and some Naturo DS game, they've been busy.

Still, as for LKS, it's weird, it's not mentionned on their website... That's probably because they developed it with Town Factory.

So I don't know anymore xD

i hope this doesn't turn out like the professor layton series where the fourth game is coming out in japan, whereas us americans just got the second one.
