Spoiler: SoJ DLC case
According to Spirit of Justice's DLC case, Phoenix isn't interested in love or romance, which I guess means that "no one" is the answer to this threads question.

No shipper will accept that though. They only take things out of context and warp it to fit that ship they support, while ignoring everything that goes against their ship.

And that's exactly why not making any ship canon is clearly the best decision.

Everyone should just marry the law, so the law has a harem with everyone and by extension, everyone is married to everyone. Everything works out.

Maya would be the only compatible candidate left since already has the seniority factor of being with Phoenix the longest and being the one who Phoenix will risk his life to save if she's in trouble.

Iris is still in prison and is highly irrelevant outside of being Phoenix's former girlfriend while add new character to be Phoenix's new love interest would just be pissing off the fans while complicating things even further.

Iris should've been there instead of Larry...where? In Turnabout Time Traveller?

I'm pretty sure that Iris wouldn't be given 7+ years of prison time for interfering with the crime scene, especially seeing as Adrian only got around 6 months for the same thing.

Oh, really? Where's your proof? Or, like all other shippers, you only see what you want to see? Perhaps you should let it go and move on?

Also, to the Feenris shippers, you're all living in the past. Wake up and see that it has a 0.01% chance of happening.

Please. Please, I'm begging you. Take your own advice.

(Feenris shippers, y'all are valid and you don't need a ship to be possible in canon to like it. Phoenix would be quite cute with Iris, actually)

His badge.

Serious answer, nobody. Phoenix doesn't need to be in a relationship to be happy; he's got a found family of his own anyway.

I'm saying it more in the current canon. I actually thought it made sense when I first finished T&T, but then Apollo Justice got released, so the likelihood went :payne:
Oh, and it still was unlikely because of emotional scarring. (Imagine waking up every morning to the face of someone who tried to kill you)
