That... Wow. I don't even know. Only other thing I can suggest is redownload PyWright. There might be something wrong with your version. That's all I can suggest.

I know I haven't updated any news in a awhile, but I would like to share something with ya'll. This is very SPOLIERLY so I won't be explaining about what it is. View at your own risk, and use spoiler tags to talk about it. Remember! SPOILERS!

Progress is super slow. Will try and get to work on the script sometime in the future. It's pretty hectic at my job, and am waiting for Summer to get here and over with. :yogi:

Oh man. The sprites in this game are great, not to mention the amazing art during the cutscenes. Dialogue is great as well-- a bit overzealous w/r/t comma usage, maybe, but the humor is a perfect match

Currently finished with the first trial section of Turnabout Daredevils.

Spoiler: High School Turnabout & Turnabout Daredevils
I broke down laughing when Phoenix and Hawk were unable to describe Dera's chest.

At this point I've inferred the killer is Mills, although this is just because he very visibly holds an object in his left hand during a case where quite a bit of attention is given to the fact that the killer is a lefty. Curious as to what his motive is, though... I'm hoping this isn't like the previous case, where the moment Stuart walks in you know right off the bat he's going to be the killer. (Though that's not to say his motivation wasn't surprising-- I really was expecting him to be a Dahlia-type and was pleasantly surprised when he didn't turn out to be an academics-obsessed sociopath.)

There's one thing that's been bothering me this case, though... Hawk repeatedly reminds us that the gun DD used is a fake and can't actually shoot anyone. But... that's the gun from Zak and Valant's Quick Draw, which we know can and has been fired. Am I missing something here?

Made an account on this website solely so I can tell you what a wonderful game you got here. I REALLY want to play that last case. Also, I like Hawk. A lot. I originally just though he was just another Edgeworth, and nothing more, but there seems to be something very different about him, and I am SO excited to see what it is!

Well, last night I finally finished Turnabout Daredevils and caught myself up.

I must say you've done a great job here, sir. You really captured the quirky AA feel with the original characters and dialogue, the new prosecutor is interesting (despite needing to grow on me a bit) and I look forward to hearing more of his story, and there is some really good art and sprite work. Can't wait to see case number four. :phoenix: (and yes, we do need a Hawk smiley!)

In the meantime, I'm inspired to check out a few more of these PyWright cases. Contempt of Court and Conflict of Interest look pretty good, I'll give those a spin next. :javado:

Yeah it glitched out on me too. I found a way around the glitching...sort of. It wold be difficult to explain, but much easier to show, and I have no method of doing that at the moment, so....yeah.

*Insert generic "I am late for this party" dialogue here.* I enjoyed this Fan-game... A lot.
However, the murder plots/cases sound quite generic, if I say so myself. (I just find the idea of a murder in a school and a murder in a bank to be quite odd.)

I do have some problems though.

Spoiler: Highschool Turnabout
When you bump into Oats, you talk to him and everything seems fine. But when you leave and come back again, he reappears and you talk to him all over again. (Which he now has TWO profiles.)

Sherman seems to be misspelling "they're" with "their" and "You're" with "Your". Those aren't huge mistakes but you should've at least checked for the grammar. (And it's not just Sherman who makes these mistakes.)


Spoiler: Turnabout Daredevils
Some problems with the coding at TD5 which led to some errors and PYwright crashing. (I think I fixed it.)
Also, could Hal be Hawk's brother?


Other than that, I fairly enjoyed what you did with this fangame. (It's not everything though, since last time I played it was sometime ago and forgot about this thread.)

Also, why did you make multiple files for a case...?

Hmmm, meaby he's taking a break untill summer, he said something related to summer on here.
He also removed almost everything from photobucket, mostly his old spritings and scketches.
Is he just gonna quit this on the final case?
I still have not played case 3 Turnabout Daredevil(s?)

The downloader may be having trouble with it, pretty big file. I had this issue while I was testing it, but it looked OK when I left it. Try downloading the zip directly: http://www.pywright.com/updates3/games/ ... ustice.zip

Might as well start off the New Year by making a (empty :P) promise.
Gonna try and get to work on Turnabout Legends as soon as I get more content made for the game. Since this is a big case, I need to get alot made. That means no ripping images from any other games that isn't Ace Attorney--everything has to be original. If someone out there can help with the game scripting/coding, that would be great. I really don't have time to do any of that, as I've been tremendously busy with real life shenanigans. Also need to talk to Saluk about some bugs I've found in my game when playing TaJ on recent updates to PyWright (Characters disappearing, ect). That's all for now. Here's a little something I had made that shouldn't be spoilery in any way. :phoenix:

Hmm... let me check, the last time I updated it was the last version of PyWright...

After the update, I *DID* get case 4, but the sprites for Mac are wrong, they are Romein LeTouse's sprites

Thanks Ropfa. To be honest, I almost did give up after playing Duel Destines. Not that it's a bad game--It's good, but not great. I had a lot of problems with the story, writing and characters. Often, it felt like the game was being way too generous with it's clue giving and help. I guess the game just hit me at a sore spot and I didn't feel like playing or working on Ace Attorney for awhile.
