Sigh...
The way I say things might not be the correct and best one, but the contents are totally based on facts.

And why it seems no one notices the sarcasm on Mecha's posts? Because when I do a bit, there is always someone pointing out. When Mecha does it, no one ever says a word. :lana:

It's practically impossible to not reply to this.

Wind Fish, why would you dig that back up? We all just managed to settle this and now you're adding fuel to the fire. -_-;

Lets bring this back on topic again. I would like to see a video whenever you get a chance mecha, just to see how the whole thing looks in movement, but from those screenshots it seems very promising. Good work :]

Well, in the UK here summer started yesterday so.. seeing as mechabowser is in denmark, he's also in the northern hemisphere. This means if you want to take his words to heart, expect CM3 to come out before the end of August, when summer ends over here ;p

Mecha will come out with it when he comes out with it. =] We've seen screens of vital functions and features like multi-colored text, etc. etc. Exams and graduation... that kind of time is hectic, and you barely find time for personal fun and "you time" let alone working on a computer program! Final exams this year stole my life away, and I can see where he's coming from. Graduation on top of it...? It's a wonderful celebration, but time consuming as well. If anything, it should be something to congratulate Mecha on. He's clearly putting his time in to assure he gets some good grades!

Thanks for what you're doing, Mecha. =] Keep working at whatever pace fits your life, and when the first release comes, I'm sure it'll be beyond awesome!

Lack of dedication is a flaw without any objection.

My direct dislike over Mecha isn't his lack of dedication specifically, neither related to Case Maker. It has to do with how he does stuff and do not seem to respect fellow casemaker programmers. He could be nice to me and he isn't for some reason.

The best way to fight is to stay silent and do my casemaker good enough. I given up on trying to point anything bad in Mecha because people or say I'm picky at him or that I'm promoting PWLib.

The community could be good if all programmers could interact friendly, but it won't happen in the current way things are. It is sad, but hey, from all casemakers around, only one issue can be ignored.

If I do make things that help users to make PW Games with quality, then I'm fine.

Just like he wasn't very pleasant to me while I was beta testing his program for him. I wish I still had the logs, however a hard-drive failure has conveniently wiped them.

D.A. - Case Maker 3 isn't released yet. MechaBowser claims it'll be released before the end of summer (presumably that of his time zone, in the northern hemisphere), it's doubtful as to whether this actually will happen or not.

I think what you people are doing is making it seem as if the Case Maker is MechaBowser's #1 priority. We dont know if it is or not. for all we know it could be priority #34.

I agree with what Ceres said. MechaBowser might actually have a life. He might have a girlfriend for all we know. Wouldnt you think a girl is top priority over a computer project?

And how do you know he abandoned the project, huh? This disappearance of him could mean he's taking time off CR and putting more into his casemaker. I know I did that with my fangame. Signed up in October, left for 3 months and came back with the first demo.

We dont know what the deal is, we dont know why hes gone. But that dont mean jump to the worst conclusion possible.

That is entirely unintentional, however, he says he's working on it, at least other case makers give some sign of progress.

Or boyfriend? He doesn't have to be straight, for all we know he could be bi-sexual or homosexual. Whichever it might be is his choice and more power to him. But my answer to this is above.

Sigh, The way i look at it is clearly different from yours.

Normally i would Completely agree with you, however you're forgetting one important fact.

It's not like he's doing this for work, money, etc.

No, He just wants to contribute something usefull (eventually) to this community.

Put yourself in his place, Would you want to come back and see this thread filled with complaints?
Is that the proper motivation for someone who's trying to create something wich will benefit a large group of people (including you and me I presume, otherwise you wouldn't be here. :p).

Asshole or no asshole, as long as the guy does it for free, and shares the program with the community, He can take as long as he wants.

Just my 2 cents.

Edit: posted 2 posts too late, ah well :yogi:

He's welcome to ask for donations and he might get support from the public, who knows? I'm not expecting constant streams of information, but a simple 5 second post to keep people up-to-date about progress would satisfy people sat here watching this topic and cause less of this "Emo" behavior as somebody puts it.

First; I am keeping tabs on all case makers, because I have a case to make, if I end up having to use Mecha's Maker then fair enough. PWLib is in a mixed status as to working vs un-working. but I'm not going into detail on that or somebody might say I'm advertising. :yogi:
Second; If I was in his place, I wouldn't have pulled some of the stupidity that he has, nor insulted those that are willing to put in their own free time to help him troubleshoot and debug his program. Also I would've given more of a legit reason to "Vanish" as he did with 2.0/2.1 rather than just being bored of it.
