It's a good start, but the grammar, color choice, and layout could use some work. It might work better as a larger banner.

It's a good start, but the grammar, color choice, and layout could use some work. It might work better as a larger banner.
I know my grammar isn't the best and I use paint.net which couldn't let me expand and for some reason, orange was the only color that didn't go on to her skin.

How about this? I think it looks pretty good. Although i'm not sure what you meant by Orange being the only colour, white seems to work quite nicely.

Also, you should turn down the tolerance setting. That'll stop colours overlapping when you use the fill tool.
