Then I noticed that Lauren talks to herself. And carries really sharp scissors everywhere. Does that spell UTTER BATSHIT INSANE for you? It does for me.
So, just as Viola is one of my favorite characters because of her sweet and vulnerable side hidden under a creepy and controlling facade, I've kind of warmed up to Lauren because of the implied mental instability behind her appealingly vulnerable exterior.

When I saw this posted, I wondered whether Lauren being a programmer was a coincidence, but then I saw you posted it on the relevant fic on the Kink Meme, too.
It's really well drawn, and the fic is going great.
(Incidentally, is it possible for a mod or someone to edit the title to include Lauren? Especially since another character has a similar Japanese name and I can never remember which one is Callisto and which one is Lauren.)

Its so sweet how she is adamant to defend her boyfriend, and how distraught she was after she found out her dad had been killed nearly moved me to tears (then i remembered it was an AA game)
But the two things that confuse me are her little threaten sprite. Where does she get the scissors from and why? as far as i can see she never carries them with her, they're never visible on any other sprite and doesnt seem to need them. And what significance is the whole cut the hair thing? she threatens to cut her hair but.....WHY? i cant work it out, it would not affect any of the characters or even her. It just seems unnecessary.
