What's the difference, or did the developers just get lazy?
The only time I've seen Argument so far is in Portman's first testimony.

There's an argument in case 4 aswell. Also, there's something else that starts with "retr" I think.

I think "Arguments" are when people are explaining what they believe happened, and "Testimony" is when a witness says what they've seen...

Yeah, it depends on the content of the confrontation.

Take case two:
Teneiro's two statements are testimonies (I think - the second might be an argument.)
Zinc's two are testimonies.
Franziska's two are arguments.
