Obviously, she went to her very first trial, and couldn't reach the defense attorney with her crop so she was all, "This shit is fucking bogus," and got herself a MOTHERFUCKING WHIP.
A MAGIC whip that can extend to hit ANYONE in the room. FUCK YES.
Seriously though, there are so many moments when she makes a whipping motion and Gumshoe gets hit 5 metres away. WITH TWO PEOPLE IN BETWEEN THAT WEREN'T AFFECTED AT ALL.
Franziska's just that good
What you say about AAI is true, but I really wish Franzy had figured out the Lang accusing her thing, though, I figured she'd be smarter than to fall for that. It also provides a bit of weirdness in the game because case 4 Franziska seems smarter than present day Franziska just 'cuz you're on opposing sides.

That might implied that Fran never knew her. Maybe Manfred and her divorced or maybe she's dead. A lot of people think that she died giving birth to little Franziska, because Manfred was 48 when Franziska was born, and so people think that his wife was about 45 years old. However. I think after the birth of their first daughter things started to go downhill. I see Manfred as the kind of man who wants a male heir. His first child being a girl would certainly have dissapointed him, but i think its something he could have worked with. Assuming their next child was a boy. However as they're first daughter grew and she refused to grow in the manner than Manfred wanted he blamed his wife. So they tried for a boy. When Franziska was born, it would have been another huge dissapointment and i think here is where we see his love for his wife dissapear. After blaming the 'failure' of his first daughter on his wife, he no longer wished to have her in his life. The need to sculpt himself a 'perfect' heir was so great that he 'removed' Franziska's mother from her life, thus able to completely mould Franziska the way he wished.
I think Manfred had it in for Franziska since the day she was born. So after Miles Edgeworth stole her fathers attention, she had to fight to get it back. I don't think Manfred cared about her at all. All the privilages he gave her in life were to uphold his name, not to make her life pleasant. I think the only reason he allowed her to travel with Miles and himself was so that it would torment her being inferior to Miles. A subtle, almost self inflicted torture.
