We call them "rulltårta" in Sweden. "Rull" means "roll" and "tårta" means "cake". :3
In my country (Switzerland), there are three or four names:
In Swiss German, we call it Biscuitrolle ("Biscuit" means biscuit and "Rolle" means roll) or Roulade.
In French, we call it "Gâteau roulé" ("Gâteau" means cake and "Roulé" means rolled).
In Italian, we call it "Biscotto arrotolato" ("Biscotto" means biscuit and "Arrotolato" means rolled).

EDIT: I almost forgot, in Portugal, we call it "Torta" which means cake.
