I think it is only fair to have a topic dedicated to Dream Theater, one of my favorite bands of all time. They are masters at their respective instruments and brilliant songwriters. There is rarely a track wasted on their albums. Anyone else here on CR love Dream Theater

I am a huge fan of Dream Theater. The melodies and structure of their songs are simply brilliant, and Mike Portnoy's lyrics prove that they're not just about instrumental tricks.

Favorite songs: The Glass Prison, Constant Motion, Pull Me Under, Another Day, Learning to Live, Take the Time, and Metropolis: Part I (The Miracle and the Sleeper).
