That really bothered me how it never just fell off of him and flew away. Wear it properly,or get a cape.

Yes, now I get a bit annoyed at people who wear their jackets the way HE does!
WEAR THEM PROPERLY OR DON'T WEAR THEM AT ALL!

I do believe Apollo refused to wear the jacket properly out of respect for Clay...?

Well, according to some Ask Ace Attorney letter, Apollo refused to wear the jacket properly because "he wasn't Clay" and that "Clay was the astronaut and was meant to wear the jacket, not him."

I thought that Damien Tenma, Florent L'Belle and Bobby Fulbright had the best outfits. And of course I really love Aristotle Means' toga.
