I'm surprised no one came up with this yet, but I was wondering what most of the character names would be if the game was Multi-5. Here's what I came up with: (NOTE: If a language is left out, then it's the same as the English name.)

Spoiler: Generic
Athena Cykes
Italian: Minerva Cykes. (Minerva was the Roman goddess of wisdom and equivalent of Athena.)

Simon Blackquill
French: Warren Noire (Warren comes from "warp", relating to his "Twisted Samurai" title, and "Noire" comes from the French word for black.)

Spoiler: Case 2
Florent L'Belle
French: Firenzo Cortese (He gets an Italian name, similar to Jean Armstrong in the French version. "Firenzo" comes from "Firenze", the Italian name for Florence. "Cortese" means "handsome".)

Spoiler: Case 3 (MAJOR SPOILERS)
Hugh O'Conner
Spanish: Trevor Amatar.
German: Edward Diktöten. Comes from "Ich werde dich töten", meaning "I'm gonna kill you."
Aristotle Means:
French: Viktor Touprix. Comes from "victoire à tout prix", which can roughly mean "win at any cost". It's spelled "Viktor", because "Victor Boulay" is Winston Payne's French name.

Spoiler: Case 4
Solomon Starbuck
French: Tarek Sterling (My idea for him before the game was released)

Aura Blackquill
French: Selena Noire (Derived from her Japanese name)

POHLKUNKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

I really like these names. Wouldn't replace originals with them by any means, but they would be fine in French version.

Maybe because French versions are totally awkward with names in the first place.

I agree with these, but if we were being literal here, wouldn't Blackquill translate into "Noireplume" or "Noirepenne?"

Actually, I'm not sure whether those sound really cool or really weird.

Then again, it's the French.

UPDATE: Spanish name for Hugh O'Conner:
Spoiler: MAJOR CASE 3 SPOILERS
Trevor Amatar. Comes from "Te voy a matar", which means "I'll kill you". Also, his last comes the word "amateur", which "greenhorn" is an informal synonym of. Because he's not a genius.
