According to the bolded text, you don't understand the emails coming from Capcom! The... Japanese emails? Which can only mean one thing! You don't understand Japanese! So why would you order a Japanese game that's text-heavy?!

Bad roleplay aside, I'm honestly curious. Why get the Japanese version if you don't know Japanese? How will you play it? Or are my deductions completely wrong and you do understand Japanese? I hope you get the game soon though and enjoy it a lot. :)

Oh, I'm just ordering it as a collector's item and to get the extra goodies. I can't play it at all (no Japanese 3DS). I did the same thing for Ace Attorney 5.

I posted a letter from Capcom I got way back when I first ordered it but I was told it was merely an advertisement for other products so I ignored it. I've only been getting those since (the most recent one had the words "PROJECT X ZONE 2" in it so it seems to be an ad as well). There hasn't been anything in the way of order confirmations and stuff.

I'm having it shipped to a friend's house in Japan and then she'll bring it to me when she comes back to the states.

I was really reaching out to see if someone else had ordered theirs directly from Capcom and if they could maybe show me what if any kind of confirmation email they received so I know what to look for myself.

The exact e-mail will depend on exactly where you ordered it from. However, you can try searching your e-mails for ご注文が確定いたしました (confirming the order) or 出荷が完了いたしました (sent the package)
