Yeah, but even in those appearances she was portrayed as an intelligent person and a good mentor, so I'm not really sure how people would be offended by that.
Also note that she was mentioned in Episode 8 and showed how on top of things Mia was.
Like, if she were portrayed as a blonde bimbo who does nothing but flaunt her boobs and sucked her way to the top, then I'd understand people would be upset...
(But even then, such peopledo exist and it could actually make for an interesting story)
