The Turnabouts
Lead vocal: Phoenix Wright.
Obviously he'd be the frontman, since he's the band's namesake.
Lead guitarist: Miles Edgeworth.
I can totally imagine Edgeworth grinding out solos like there's no tomorrow.
Rhythm guitarist: Larry Butz.
I imagine him as kind of an "in the background" kind of musician.
Bass guitarist: Either Marvin Grossberg or Franziska von Karma.
Marvin, because fatness and bass guitars go so well together. Franziska because she would contrast well with a big honkin' bass. A white one.
Keyboards: Maya Fey.
She probably wouldn't be much of a stage presence otherwise, so stick her on the keys.
Drums: The Judge.
Have him sit on an elevated platform, wearing his usual judge's outfit, hammering away on those drums.
Cowbell: Detective Gumshoe.

Hmm, as for a big standup bass, wouldn't Godot fit the bill? Though I could see Franziska playing the electric bass.

Franziska as the angry female punk rock grrl singer.
Miles and Phoenix on rhythm and lead guitar, respectively. Phoenix has dreadlocks that are somehow still spiky.
Godot, shirtless, on bass guitar.
Gumshoe, also shirtless but with his trench coat on, and smoking a cigarette, on the drums.
Larry is over on the side as the synth/keyboard/DJ guy, with big headphones on.

unfortunately, only one of my friends plays gyakuten saiban and she's not that obsesed -.- anyway, i agree-
