Stage 1: Cracking my knuckles, biting my lip, hitched breathing, looking annoyed and suspicious, squinting, gaze wandering a bit but doesn't really look at anything.
Stage 2: Huffing and heaving, my face distorted in a false grin. Cracking my wrists.
Stage 3. Hissing like a furious kitten, slamming my hand on the witness stand and biting down on my lip hard enough to draw a small quantity of blood. (I don't even bite my lip, but for some reason I can see myself doing that in such a situation.) Then cursing in a breathy voice, sounding exhausted, perhaps even whispering, blood trickling down my chin, before slamming my face down the witness stand, clutching my hair, sighing, whimpering, moaning, defeated at last.

Normal, talking: Looks away a bit, twirling a strand of hair
Slightly nervous: Gaze shifting a bit, twirling faster
Cornered: The twirling movement winds up the hair near my face, hand gets stuck, fruitless attempts at getting it loose
Breakdown: As I get my hand loose, my hair falls down and covers my eyes. I sweep it away to reveal an icecold gaze a few seconds before I snarl, reset to a pokerface and say "Well, I'll be damned.". Take a bow, "Goodnight.", back out of the courtroom. Silence. *CRASH* From the outside: "I wasn't trying to escape! I just made a dignified exit!".

at the last part.Seriously, I didn't think too much when posting that first one. I was just too amused by the overly dramatical kitty-stuff. I feel like I should try and come up with one that matches the current me and not the me from a few years ago.

Normal, talking: Looking straight ahead, looking alert, I gesticulate a little bit, adjusting my glasses now and then.
Slightly nervous: Looking to the side, squinting, pressing my lips together.
Cornered: Heaving, gaze shifting, cracking my knuckles, leaning against the stand with my upper arms and elbows.
Breakdown: Baring my teeth, hissing and whispering terrible things between them, heaving, claw-hands against the stand, my hair all disheveled. I lean forward against the stand, supporting all my weight on my arms and just as I press my face between them to bury it there I trip on my own feet, losing balance without falling completely (this is not me being inspired by a certain other breakdown in this thread; or rather; that made me realize what I actually would do: everyone who knows me can say that for sure: he'd definitely trip on his own feet). Only the top of my head and my claw-hands are visible.

Nervous: Shocked expression while grip on the arm tighten.
Cornered: Let go and start biting arm.
Breakdown: Bite harder and in the end scrape of some of my sleeves/skin, then fall over.
