I know I did! By completely rewatching the first game in one day, and watching the anime version!

OMG. It all started today yayayayay

This day should be celebrated by Ace Attorney fans worldwide, but then again, not many people like me remember the dates.

IMO you should highlight these dates for the next two years as we roll through.

You're only ever going to get one chance at this, might as well make it count.

I'm posting fanfic in honor of Mia Fey's death. But nothing for the First Turnabout.

I can't believe Mia dies today.... It also means it's Phoenix's first meeting with Maya.

If only Mia didn't work overtime, she wouldn't run into the Reaper. We take a day off from work for this express reason.
Those white shoes are foreshadowing; not because of this silly Labor Day joke, as much as I'd like it to be, but because white is commonly known as a color of sickness in Japan and several East Asian cultures. It's the color of the stuff that ghosts are made of... if they're made of anything.

No one will remember the death of Jack Hammer or the meeting of Penny Nichols because no one likes Turnabout Samurai.

I love Turnabout Samurai. It's one of the more lighthearted cases (if you can call anything in AA lighthearted).

What a bummer if one spent time on creating a case for a game and it turns out that nobody in the whole world likes or remembers it.

According to the AA1DS blog, October 16th is actually the birthday of Takumi's mother (his father's birthday is August 2nd, the day before The First Turnabout). Takumi has a habit of giving cases as birthday presents.

Despite having massive problems with it, I enjoyed Turnabout Samurai for the most part

The twist about
Spoiler: just in case
the murder taking place in Studio 2
blew my mind the first time I played the game and Oldbag was actually a really good character in this case before she got whacked with the flanderization stick in later appearances

Quoting this within my reply, just in case it sounded like my quoted comment was serious, which it wasn't, I was just (in a friendly way of course) messing with the "no one"-part, pretending to take it literally. :-P

As for myself, I'm not a fan of the case. I want to like it, and perhaps I'll give it another shot sometime, but it really bored me. It felt neverending, haha. Aside from that, there were several really good characters! I agree about Oldbag, and I really like Will. Such a sweetie.

It's almost December and you know what that means... Merry Christmas... That means the start of 1-4. It's also my favorite case in the first game.

Yes and it's also the month of my birthday. Turnabout Goodbyes murder takes place on December 25th while the trials take place in January. This December is going to be very busy and eventful that's for sure.

I will make sure I do. Thank goodness I was born on the 11th and not closer to Christmas or my presents would get combined. I feel very sorry for people born near Christmas. My moms birthday is on the 26th and I feel terrible for her. Anyway I love December because of the snow, presents, family gatherings, and the TV specials. I wonder though when do the holidays start? After Halloween I presume?
